These terms of use (“these terms”) are between Lifestyle Nutrition and Training Limited (“we” or “us”) and you.
By accessing and using this website and any applications relating to this website (“sites”), you agree to be bound by these terms.
Use of the Sites
- You agree to access the sites using the interface and instructions provided and to comply with all applicable laws.
- You agree not to misuse the sites for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including not to distribute or republish any element of the sites, defeat any security features of the sites and engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- You agree that the details you provide when providing the requested information will be accurate and complete.
- You agree to keep your passwords secure and not allow any other person to use your passwords.

- You acknowledge that any links provided on the sites may be operated by other parties and as such any those links are provided to you as a convenience only.
- You acknowledge that your use of these links is at your own risk and that we do not accept any liability in respect of those links.
Intellectual Property
- You acknowledge and agree that we are the owner or authorised licensee of the information and materials on the sites (“our materials”), including any texts, documents, designs and trademarks.

Refund
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on the following bases:
- the refund amount will not be more than the invoiced amount for your purchase; and
- the refund amount will be after the deduction of any costs and processing fees (such as bank or credit card fees); and
- refund will only be made to a Visa or Master Card or to a New Zealand bank account; and
- you can only apply for a refund once and the refund applies to a maximum of two products purchased; and
- refund is not available to returning clients; and
- we are entitled to reject any refund application if we deem there is fraud or an abuse of the refund offer.
Health Disclaimer
- You acknowledge that it would be prudent for you to obtain professional medical advice prior to starting any exercise or dietary programmes.
- You also acknowledge that as with any programmes you assume certain risks to your health and safety.
Testimonial Disclaimer
- Any transformations shown and testimonials provided on the sites are not representative of typical results from the use of the programmes supplied. These are the showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following those programmes. You acknowledge that your results may vary and may not obtain the same results compared to someone else when using the programmes supplied due to many different factors such as your individual exercise history, genetics and personal dedication. As such your end results will be dependent on these factors.
Payment Terms
- Payments are done on a monthly subscription basis.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting support at [email protected]
- If you would like to cancel, contact us before your subscription month is completed in order to prevent being charged again.
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
- We may revise these terms at any time without notice to you. Any changes are legally binding on you. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
